These terms govern your use of boutiqueshop-modules.com. By using the site you accept them. (The purchase of a module is a separate contract handled by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; the use of a purchased module is governed by our Licence Agreement.)

1. Who we are

Boutique Shop Modules, an eenmanszaak in the Netherlands (see Legal Notice).

2. Use of the site

You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it abusively, or misuse contact channels (spam, abuse).

3. Intellectual property

The site content — text, logos, the Boutique Shop Modules brand, images and design — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without permission, except as normal browsing requires.

Our module source code is different, and deliberately so. It is licensed under the Academic Free License version 3.0 (AFL-3.0), an open-source licence, which grants you the right to use, modify and redistribute the code on its own terms. Nothing in this section restricts those rights — see the Licence Agreement. The brand and the name are not covered by that licence (AFL §4 grants no trademark rights), so you may not present a modified copy as ours.

4. Purchases

Products are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their checkout terms govern the sale; our Refund Policy and Licence Agreement describe your post-purchase rights.

5. Links & third parties

The site may link to third-party sites (e.g. Lemon Squeezy, Anthropic, PrestaShop). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant it is error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intent/gross negligence).

8. Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA (European Accessibility Act). If you hit a barrier, email info@boutiqueshop-modules.com and we will help.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms. They are governed by Dutch law; mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
