Our products are downloadable software, sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and executes refunds; this policy states when we grant them.
1. EU right of withdrawal — and the digital exception
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is waived once you consent to immediate download and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal — which you do at the Lemon Squeezy checkout before paying. This is standard and lawful for instant-download software.
2. When we do refund
Even so, we stand behind the product. We will refund when:
- The module does not work as described and we cannot fix it for you within a reasonable time, and
- You request it within 30 days of purchase, from the email used to buy, with a short description of the problem (your PrestaShop + PHP versions and the on-screen message help us help you).
3. When we may decline
- "I changed my mind" / "bought by mistake" after downloading — because the withdrawal right was waived at checkout (see §1). We may still choose to help at our discretion.
- Issues caused by an incompatible/heavily-modified store, a third-party conflict, or misuse, where the module itself works as described.
- AI Copywriter note: the module runs on your own Anthropic API key; AI usage costs you pay to Anthropic are not refundable by us — set a spend limit on your key.
4. How to request
Email info@boutiqueshop-modules.com first — most issues are a quick fix. If a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy processes it to your original payment method (typically within a few business days). On refund, your licence ends and you must stop using and delete the module.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence.
